Dr. GracieLee Weaver is a Research Associate at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She formerly worked as a program coordinator for the Board Certified Coach (BCC) credential at the Center for Credentialing & Education (CCE) and became a Certified Health Coach offering health coaching services to UNCG employees. She received her PhD in Community Health Education at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Her current work is focused on the development, implementation, and evaluation of health promotion interventions in the workplace. She was the lead on a project to clean and analyze the Well Workplace Checklist (WWC) dataset to examine current trends in the quality of workplace wellness initiatives. In addition to managing and analyzing the Well Workplace Checklist data, GracieLee served on WELCOA’s advisory council to revise and update their quality benchmarks and Well Workplace Checklist. She is familiar with trends in workplace wellness in the U.S. and experienced with assessing organizations’ needs related to the health, wellness, and safety of employees.
